Superb image -- reminds me a gret del of the iconic Comedie Del Arte 2 masks of Drama, or even the Roman 2 headed Janus. And though it's clear that you deliberately avoided "exact symmetry" but insisted on "suggested symmetry" which I think works to great advantage, I would however crop a tiny bit of the white dress -- not all the way up to the hand but about half way because to my way of thinking the large area of white dress overpowers some of the subtlety of the rest of the image.
